Marionette lines are the lines that extend from the corners of your mouth to your chin.  They can give an unhappy and tired appearance.  These lines are very common as we age where collagen and hence volume is lost. 

 

To treat these lines effectively, the muscle that pulls down the corners of the mouth (the DAO) must be assessed and potentially relaxed with Botulinum Toxin first.  Dermal Filler can then be administered to restore lost volume.
