Filler can sometimes be undesirable when an area is overfilled, migrated and/or lumpy. This is especially common with the lips. This is due to poor injecting, cheap fillers or simply an injector not saying no to a patients desire for more filler. Unwanted filler can thankfully be dissolved using an enzyme called Hyaluronidase. This prescription only medicine is injected into the area where the filler has been placed and readily begins breaking it down. After a few days the dissolving process ends and the area should return to how it was prior to filler treatment.

After 1-2 weeks you may be re treated with filler.
